How many sparklers do I need for my wedding?
Each slow burn sparkler will last approximately 130 seconds, which is more than the shorter 20 inch sparklers sold by our competitors. We advise having 1 or 2 sparklers per guest to make the photos full of sparkles. The result is always unforgettable. The sparklers can be a nice touch to the bride and grooms first dance as well!
How do I light Sparklers?
Typically a single sparkler per guest is sufficient to take send off photos, as they last so long. The best way to get a crowd to light sparklers is off of 3-5 main sparklers. Do not use a lighter for each sparkler, they light best off of each other. Because our 24 inch sparklers burn for such a long time, you will have plenty of time for the bride and groom to walk down the aisle made, and pose for several pictures. We also love lighting our sparklers at the bottom of the sparkler wick, this has the sparkle burn moving upwards and helps the timing for the photographer to get the perfect look.

Are Sparklers Safe?
Yes! Sparklers are very safe as long as you are responsible! Peacock Sparklers provides you with the safest sparklers on the market, you will still need do what you can to make sure everything goes smoothly. Always supervise children. Kids love to play with sparklers, it looks magical. But please make sure they are being watched at all times.
Having a vase of sand or water nearby for finished sparklers is the best way to dispose while the cool off.

Sparkler Order Minimum:
Due to our unbeatable prices we do require a sparkler ordering minimum of at least $10. This does not apply to our Colorful Ring Pull Smokes although our smokes are required to be shipped Hazmat. Please see below for more Hazmat Shipping Information! Our Wick Activated Smokes do not require hazmat shipping, but must be shipped via ground shipping.
Local In-Store Pickups:
Yes, we are now offering local pickups at our store front in Springville, UT. There are no shipping charges for order pickups. Returns & Cancellations:
We cannot cancel your order once it's shipped. If you need to cancel your order, please email us ASAP and we will let you know if we can accommodate your cancellation.
We do accept returns! You can return your undamaged, unused sparklers in their original boxes (must be in full boxes of 8 or 10, depending on how they arrived). Simply email our customer support team within 30 days of purchase to coordinate your return. Customer's are responsible for return shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You will receive your refund within 4 business days of receiving your return package. Please note that smoke balls and sparklers must legally be shipped back via ground shipping (UPS or FedEx). Packages shipped back via USPS with these items inside are ineligible for refunds.
General Shipping Information:
We are also unable to expedite shipping in any way. The options listed at checkout are the only options.
All orders placed over the weekend (after 1pm on Friday) will ship out on Monday.
We ship all orders the same day you order them if you place the order by 1 pm MT from Monday-Friday.
We don't deliver on Sundays. The days calculated at checkout for shipping times are business days (M-F) and it is an estimate, not a guarantee. If you order after the 1 pm MT cutoff time, you will need to add 1 business day to the quoted delivery date shown at checkout. There is also 1 day for processing that will need to be added to the time frame.
UPS/Fedex Ground Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you order over the weekend, your order will go out Monday, making that the processing day. If you live on the east coast, 5 business days puts your order arriving the following Monday.
HAZMAT SHIPPING (Ring Pull Smoke Bombs Only):
- Smoke bombs are classified as hazardous products and we are legally required to use a hazmat courier to deliver your order. This shipping method is a flat rate for each shipment. For this reason we recommend ordering more units per order to get the best bang for your buck.

- Wick activated smoke bombs do not need Hazmat Shipping!
- No cancellations on any shipped orders. No returns or refunds on any product. All Sales Final.
- Signature is required upon package delivery by adult 18 of age or older.
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed on orders once shipped from our facility due to regulations of specialty hazmat shipping. Customers should call FedEx with their tracking number and either request a hold at the sorting facility for direct pick up – or – schedule delivery at a time that is convenient for them. (Please note: the closest FedEx facility may be hours away as Hazmat products are often held at an official sorting center)
- FedEx will attempt to deliver your order 3 times. If unsuccessful, they will hold the package for 5 business days for pick up. Should that pick up window expire, FedEx will return the package to us.
- Returned orders via incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery will be refunded minus total shipping costs. Keep in mind that FedEx charges us for shipping to and from and there can be added charges for Hazmat content. These charges can sometimes cost over the total of your order where in you would not receive any refund. Be sure before ordering that your address is correct and you are prepared to receive your package.
- Due to the nature of the products, orders cannot be delivered to a FedEx retail center (i.e. Walgreens, Shipping Stores, etc)
- We are also unable to expedite shipping in any way. The options listed at checkout are the only options.
- Hazmat Products are not qualified for FedEx recipients “Refusal of Package”, any packages refused by customer will immediately be disqualified by our Claims Department for any sort of refund. Please note you need to accept your order/package, properly document with photos and description and submitted via email for our Claims Department.
HOLIDAY HOURS OF OPERATION: Any holiday dates that shipping carriers are closed will not be counted as a shipping business day.

Order Problems:
Damaged Products: If your order appears to arrive damaged, please let us know! In order to open up a claim for you, we will need photos of the damaged products as well the packaging they arrived in. Please email this photos to PeacockSparklers@gmail.com along with your order number and a member from our customer support team will help you out!
Missing Products: If we missed some of your products in your order, we are very sorry! Please send us a photo of the products you received as well as their packaging to PeacockSparklers@gmail.com along with your order number. We will definitely help you get everything sorted out!
Product Malfunction: Although our products don't malfunction often, it can occasionally happen. If any of your products malfunction for any reason, please take photos of those products and send them to us at PeacockSparklers@gmail.com along with your order number. Also include a small explanation of what happened so we can get a claim opened up for you asap! Please note that when smoke bombs are activated, they will emit sparks for 1-3 seconds before colorful smoke starts to come out. When this happens, don't be alarmed! Just put your smoke bomb on the ground (as directed on the label), and wait for the colorful smoke to follow! Please be aware of your surroundings, and never place smoke bombs on or around anything flammable. Thank you!
