Refund policy

All Sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. No cancellation on rush or last minute orders. Any package that is returned to Peacock Sparkler is subject to a 10% restocking fee. Actual shipping charges are not refundable. In such return cases, proof of actual shipping charges is available upon request. If a package is returned, and the buyer wishes to have the package reshipped to another address, the buyer will be charged to have the package reshipped. Peacock Sparklers will hold the package until the buyer makes full payment for the reshipping charge. Peacock Sparkler is not responsible for lost, stolen, and/or damaged packages while in transit. Peacock Sparklers is not responsible for undeliverable packages.
