Directions:
All smoke bombs should only be used by those 18+ in age. Use a lighter to activate and then immediately set down on the ground (avoiding dry brush of any kind) or inside a pumpkin or mason jar. Be sure to mind the wind, as wind easily changes where the smoke will travel and how quickly it will dissipate.
Shipping Information:
- Shipping is calculated at checkout. We only ship to the lower 48 states in the USA. Must be 18+ to order.
- All orders placed by 1PM (MST) will ship the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will ship out on Monday, making Tuesday your first shipping day.
- These smoke bombs must be shipped ground.
- We cannot expedite shipping for any reason.
- We cannot ship smoke products to PO Boxes.

Returns & Cancellations:
We cannot cancel your order once it's shipped. If you need to cancel your order, please email us ASAP and we will let you know if we can accommodate your cancellation.

General Shipping Information:
We are unable to expedite shipping in any way. The options listed at checkout are the only options.
All orders placed over the weekend (after 1pm on Friday) will ship out on Monday.
We ship all orders the same day you order them if you place the order by 1 pm MT from Monday-Friday.
We don't deliver on Sundays. The days calculated at checkout for shipping times are business days (M-F) and it is an estimate, not a guarantee. If you order after the 1 pm MT cutoff time, you will need to add 1 business day to the quoted delivery date shown at checkout. There is also 1 day for processing that will need to be added to the time frame.
UPS/Fedex Ground Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you order over the weekend, your order will go out Monday, making that the processing day. If you live on the east coast, 5 business days puts your order arriving the following Monday.
HOLIDAY HOURS OF OPERATION: Any holiday dates that shipping carriers are closed will not be counted as a shipping business day.

Order Problems:
Damaged Products: If your order appears to arrive damaged, please let us know! In order to open up a claim for you, we will need photos of the damaged products as well the packaging they arrived in. Please email this photos to PeacockSparklers@gmail.com along with your order number and a member from our customer support team will help you out!
Missing Products: If we missed some of your products in your order, we are very sorry! Please send us a photo of the products you received as well as their packaging to PeacockSparklers@gmail.com along with your order number. We will definitely help you get everything sorted out!
Product Malfunction: Although our products don't malfunction often, it can occasionally happen. If any of your products malfunction for any reason, please take photos of those products and send them to us at PeacockSparklers@gmail.com along with your order number. Also include a small explanation of what happened so we can get a claim opened up for you asap! Please note that when smoke bombs are activated, they will emit sparks for 1-3 seconds before colorful smoke starts to come out. When this happens, don't be alarmed! Just put your smoke bomb on the ground (as directed on the label), and wait for the colorful smoke to follow! Please be aware of your surroundings, and never place smoke bombs on or around anything flammable. Thank you!
